Roman has a track record of over 10 years in public service, including high-ranking positions in the Moscow Government (where he was involved in providing support for small and medium-sized enterprises) and the Moscow Regional Government (where he specialized in budget policy in healthcare, social security, and welfare; implementation of government programs; support and fostering of the non-profit sector).

Anton is a Candidate of Physics and Mathematics, Acting Chief of the Artificial Intelligence Department of Samsung R&D Institute Russia, LLC, Associate Professor, Co-Director of the Master's degree program Computer Vision, Graphics, and Image Processing at the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics of Lomonosov Moscow State University and Associate Professor, research advisor on the Bachelor's degree program for Applied Mathematics and Information Science at the Faculty of Computer Science, National Research University Higher School of Economics.

He is a co-author of over 120 research papers, research advisor on four Candidate theses, and over 100 graduate theses on computer vision subjects.
